Chartered in the 1980’s by local Tuskegee Alumni, Dr. Fostine Riddick (class of 1939). Hampton Roads Alumni Club includes alumni and friends who live in the following cities: Chesapeake, Franklin, Gloucester, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Poquoson, Smithfield, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Elizabeth City, N.C.
